She was very helpful and nice. It was my first time in the dealership and she showed me all that I needed to do and offered me a voucher for the cafe. It was such a great experience from the previous visits I’ve had with another ford dealership.

I was emailed the wrong directions and instructed to take my car to the service center on West Hills Blvd. From there I was told to go to the Ford location. I went there and the service rep there who helped was great. The shuttle driver who drove me home was friendly. The return shuttle driver was rude at first but was fine after I grouched at him. Very confusing trying to follow email instruction and navigate around the complex. A big thumbs up for Ronnie at Ford service who calmed me down and took care of my issues professionally. He deserves a raise.

My truck came in with approximately 1/2 tank of gas and when I left the gas light came on. It seems that if you use the gas you should replace it.
