From the moment I arrived I was made to feel unwelcome. The service went downhill from there. To top it off I had to repack my spare tire in its compartment while your people just watched.

Colin took my truck 8:00 am Saturday and I picked it up Wednesday 5:30 pm. Not sure why it took so long. And I had many unanswered phone calls. But I don’t know what battles Colin is fighting. I do know we agreed he should keep the truck until we were sure everything was operational. It was aggravating to purchase my truck on February 12 during a record snow storm, and have to return it March 2nd for repairs, and that after watching it leak for a week, and only having 1speed on my heater motor. Overall Colin gets an A. He is good to work with and I thank all of you for doing the right thing by making the repairs without charge to me. I teach at the university level, a you will receive honorable mention in my Quality and Ethics classes.

Colin was very good and kept me informed of the work status as I waited. The shop work was completed in a timely and successful manner. However, the hand-wash and interior vacuuming was done very poorly. I would not have known the interior was vacuumed at all except that I observed the employee turning on the vacuum and working in the front area (but it still had 'crap' on the flooring throughout the Van). The exterior wash was very superficial. Most of the Transit was washed, but many spots were missed. It was very obvious just by looking and the Van that many spots were still very dirty.

I was told that the brake fluid needed too be flushed? Along with the transmission, and coolant? Both of those items do not need to be done until 100,000 mile not 50,000 as per the owners manual. Flushing Brake fluid? never heard of that WTF? Then I was told my windshield wiper were shot? I just had new ones installed at Les Schaub 2 weeks ago, the best they sell. I wonder how many people get ripped of when they come in for and oil change and tire rotation, and pay for things that don't need to be done?
