Satisfied, but, there wasn’t enough update/communication on the progress of the repairs. Granted, it was being run through Hazelwood Chevrolet, but they were not getting the updates either. I would like to say that when I came in and talked with Cole or Colin they were very attentive and answered all of my questions and concerns. As I was the GM for Coca-Cola for a number of years, before we moved, we had a thing called the “Sundown” rule. Every email or phone message got “touched” before the end of the day.

Chris and the others were very helpful. I was there almost 5 hours and it flew by. Although I did not ask specifically, I would have liked to hear how much the estimate for the entire job would have been before the work was done.

Brenda was great, professional, helpful, informative and kept me informed. Vehicle interior left in original condition without issue. Miss you doing the car wash and vac after service. Coupons work liked picking up a clean vehicle. Appreciate the beverage coupons.

Max was great. He was polite, professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough. I’m a bit frustrated with your shuttle service however. When I made my appointment I let them know I needed a shuttle ride and to be at work by 9am. When I checked in at 8:20 Max let the shuttle driver know and was told the wait would be about 10 minutes. 40 minutes later I was picked up, had missed my 9am meeting, and ended up arriving to work over a 1/2 hour late with only 2 minutes before my next meeting. Had I been told it would be a 40 minute wait I could have made alternate arrangements and arrived to work on time. I recommend staffing for additional drivers/shuttles between 7 and 9 am in order to meet rider expectations.

Service OK, but on the way home I got a tire low pressure warning light on the dash panel. One of the service items was to remount the spare tire on a matching wheel & get a 5 wheel tire rotation. That was done, but I elected not to have a tire pressure sensor installed on the spare. It is now on the left front. All 4 tires that meet the road are OK, but I can't get the jack handle inserted in the spare tire winch to get the spare down so I can check it. There seems to be something in the guide tube that restricts insertion of the jack handle rod.
