My check engine light had been turning on and off for 3 months. Today Cole got my car in ( last minute appointment) and three hours later I left with a fixed car. Cole was nothing but professional and helpful

Max was very wonderful. However the time I had to wait for my service was an hour over the time I was told. It was my second trip to have the service completed. I the first time I was told an hour to an hour and a half. When I got there I was told 2 and a half hours. I had to reschedule. Today I was there 3 and a half hours. Max was very accomidating and did his best to keep me informed.

Have tried to get the windshield wiper fluid device operational over several service trips and there is still no fluid coming through

I am happy that I was able to get an appointment when I had the lights on the dash. I would suggest that you make it possible for someone else to provide status on service when the service writer is not working. Possibly train your receptionist to at least know what the service writer's work schedule is.

The only thing I thought was completed poorly was vacuuming of my drivers side vehicle. I expect my car to be vacuumed as if the vehicle was new or coming out of the showroom. This is like a first impression your personal brand. When I vacuum it is like showroom delivery. I had small rocks that should have been picked up and tossed too.

Excellent and friendly service from Kelsi! The waiting area is the most comfortable one I have ever seen, The refreshments available are delicious (nice to get a free mocha). Your Wifi enables me to keep up with work. Kelsi ensured I got exactly what I wanted for my car. Victoria at the front desk was kind and friendly as she answered my wifi question. Thank you.

Tried to tell me my cabin filter was dirty and sell me a new one. I declined and after researching and verifying with another ford dealership my 2017 Ford Expedition doesn’t have a cabin filter. I can understand mistakes or lack of knowledge but to tell me they actually looked at it and it was dirty is just bad business. I am active duty military with out of state plates so maybe they just thought they could get one over on me. Seems like a big risk for $70.
