My oil change was 2 hrs and 45 minutes to be generous. I arrived at 1:20, was checked in by I think Brenda who was fabulous by the way - got out of there at 3:40 - a little excessive i’d Say 1 cup of coffee from your espresso bar (thank you very much) and 3 waters later, Brenda came to inform me that apparently my oil filter doesn’t like heat and there was trouble removing it. Your organization has changed my oil the last three changes as I do enjoy your past service in my quest to continue to find a trustworthy mechanic and hopefully down the road find a full service partner - this one was not a good experience and a little hard to swallow. I’d expect an hour and a half (always have been told an hour - today was hour and 15). Didn’t feel an oil change would alter and consume my Day was appreciated nor appropriate. Could’ve used an update as each hour passed - would’ve been considerate - the same you ask of me while setting the appointment to call and notify should my getting to the appointment on time or delayed would be appreciated. Your appoint person was awesome by the way. Being a Director of Sales myself, our standards at a minimum is customer service...beyond expectation - anything else is...just not good enough...it’s practiced with every client no fail - what separates us from all our competition. Max is very knowledgeable about the services that were done on my Mazda and he kept in communication through the whole process. He even walked me out to my car and showed me all the surfaces covered by the digishield. He also let me know that the 1st oil change is at 2500 miles. I like that Mazda has their own service side and I was greeted and taken care of immediately as time is valuable.

Cole was very helpful and professional. He even stayed late for me to pickup my truck!
