Cole is very personable and I’m told the resident diesel guy; dropped my new truck off for perma plate installation and Cole had me in and out also answering questions that I had - thanks Cole and West Hills.

I arrived to the Ford entrance at 0840 for a 0900 scheduled oil change and left at 1159. I bought this truck here in January and this was my first “complimentary” maintenance service. An oil change should not take 3+ hours. Max Davis was very profesional and seemed to try to move things along, but i know it was out of his control. Please remedy this ridiculousness!

I was very disappointed that when I came to get my oil changed that I couldn't get my truck washed or vacuumed. I was given a voucher to Shur-Kleen for a free wash and it was awful. There were so many spots that were missed and they didn't even try to correct it. I had to re-wash it myself. I take my truck to the dealership because I expect a higher standard of service and care for my vehicle. You may not be affiliated with Shur-Kleen but you're sending your customers to them so that has your name on it. Very disappointed.
