The call center to make the appointment is very unsatisfactory. I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes to talk to someone. This kind of experience is part of my decision process when I am in the market for a new vehicle.

I traveled from Bainbridge to Bremerton thinking I’d have the door trim in my car repaired. The service staff, while very friendly and professional, were clearly not given the full details of my service. Parts were not available, and I left without my car getting repaired. I was very disappointed given the high level of service I’ve received just 6 months ago.
