Had to wait 5 hrs for my van to be finished. Was told about 3 hours. I did show up on time to my 1 pm appointment. The person that helped was courteous and did give me updates throughout the wait. She was great. No need to contact me. I know at times things get behind schedule.

The truth is I work with Chris and even tho we know each other he treated me with respect and professionalism. When it was done he brought the key and paperwork to my desk. The oil change was fine. But, the sliding rear window I feel doesn't need a motor, the clip under the window that holds the cable is broken. The motor pulls the cable in both directions. Maybe all I need is the window with the bracket on the bottom. Thanks.
