Check out was a little lenghty but my poor girl was left all by herself. She worked fast, was personable and professioal...that girl has some serious typing skills. There was some something on passengerseat and she came out with cleaner and took care of it. I keep car CLEAN, dont know what it was, but it did rub off.I so muss car washes.

Colin got me in on time. Gave me expectations and a time line. I have taken my Fusion to West Hills for every maintenance since I bought the car and this was the first time that the servicing attendant knew I was on a service plan with out having to be reminded. On previous visits I am typically given the cost of the maintenance up front and then have to ask what about my service plan and after a few seconds of hitting keys they find my plan. I had always assumed this information may not be available when checking a customer in or reviewing history. Maybe it is still not and Colin is just an exceptional employee who goes above and beyond. Either way my hat is off to him for making this a pleasant experience. I also want to thank the Saturday crew who performed the maintenance. I prefer Saturday as the shop is a bit quieter and these guys get the job done.
