Awesome support from the check in to the mechanic diagnosing the problem with the car. Thank you for fixing a problem two other shops couldn't figure out. A+ service!

Sarah is an excellent employee. And wonderful to work with! However, the work done on the vehicle has left us slightly frustrated. The a/c when in use is very loud. The panel on the rear passenger side was left off after repairs (I'm assuming due to the seat belt repair. The alignment was not done on the vehicle as requested. I am unsure yet if there are other issues as I have driven the car briefly

On June 12th I brought my wife’s Ford Explorer Sport for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation along with seeing where a hissing sound coming from the was coming from inside the interior of the vehicle. I was briefed that a oil change along with a tire rotation would cost $88. When I was told the vehicle was ready for pick up they relayed to me that they conducted a annual inspection which wasn’t requested. When we picked up the vehicle and started it the engine light came on and it started to shake uncontrollably. My wife and kids were shaken by this. When I told the the service attendant Brenda she drove it to the shop but it sounded bad and like there was no oil in the engine. When she returns with the vehicle she said it was a timing chain issue. It was stated that the technician cleared the codes and now the vehicle is fine. Clearing codes doesn't fix a timing chain and miraculously the vehicle has no codes and is running perfectly. We are a Military Ford family and believe in purchasing America made vehicles, but we are extremely disappointed with the service we received. We were told to by the service manager he would contact us by 10 am, which he never did, because we had to leave the vehicle there for another day costing me money, really we just wanted an oil change. I purchased multiple and own multiple Ford vehicles and when I bring them in to a Ford service center I expect loyal service and honesty. I’d be more willing to discuss this over the phone , thank you Jason R

Brenda is very present to work with even though the shock of the cost for repairs I wasn’t expecting. Car was not fixed completely when I pick it up and next morning light came back on for the park brake. When it couldn’t be fix again in a day she set me up in a rental car. Thanks Brenda
