Max was exceptional, saved your service department. Six visits to fix an intermittent window issue which resulted in a broken window and damaged rim. He got it all fixed, kept getting me back in for all the additional work from damage incurred on the Ford lot and then over and over again to, fingers crossed, finally get my driver's window fixed. He was professional, helpful, understanding and tenacious about getting things fixed properly. Great communication, worked hard to fit me into the schedule for every return visit. He saved the day!

Cole and the service tech stayed after hours to finish repairing my 2015 diesel truck. They went out of their way to make sure it was finished on time and I was completely satisfied. I know the repair should have been done right the first time by your ship last year but the tech said he made it right this time. I appreciate the extra effort done by all!!! Thank you

It took 2hrs for an oil change and it was 3hrs for an oil change the time before. I think there is a problem and unfortunately it took my time. Everything else is great, just why so long?

Im extremely satisfied by the services provided by Brenda Dunn. Upon arrival she greeted me in an efficient and professional manner, clearly explained all that would happen and showed me to the waiting area. In a warm and professionally friendly manner showed me all the choices of amenities and left me in a comfortable chair. The atmosphere provided me was very pleasant clean and exciting to watch,and the cafe is great and gooood coffee. Thank you West Hills Ford for great service of my vehicle in a timely fashion as well. I will be back????????????????

Brenda was outstanding! Kept up on updates and even schedule a shuttle to pick me up. Friendly and awesome customer service! Definitely a keeper! Give her a raise!!! Only thing I can ping on is keeping customer informed on status a little better! Since my car was there for two days!!

Would have thought they would have washed the truck before doing the bed liner and or maybe wipe down the truck with all the foot and hand marks.
