When I initially called to schedule my oil change the computers were down and Max apologized and asked me to call back later, I let it slip my mind but he called me and very efficiently scheduled me for the next day and took care of me. He was very helpful and pleasant..

Coming to West Hills for maintenance on my truck has been the best experience I’ve ever had taking a vehicle to the shop. The customer service and professionalism of Mrs. Brenda is a vital part to the business you guys have there. I brought my vehicle for a tune up appointment at 0930 and it is now 1740 and I’m still waiting for it. I was given a time frame of 1400 to 1500 but when I went back to check on my vehicle at 1650 I was told it’ll be for another 20 minutes. It’s currently 1745 and I am still sitting in the customer lounge waiting. It’s either the crew or the staff has a poor concept of time frames or they just don’t care. I don’t know why I keen on coming back here to use your service but I think this will the last time I am coming here.

I will be glad to comment on the service I received. I have two Mazda's (CX-5 & MX-5) and I love Mazda service, but Chris was the best I've seen so far. He was "Johnny-on-the-spot" and got us in and out in record time.

Cole did a great job helping me get my F150 truck sprayed. Thanks for all the Mochas. The Linex company that did the job was excellent, looks great! I spoke with a lady, Cheryl when I made the appointment; she gave an address that was Oyster bay road an not the correct address for the Linex dealer so I ended up at Ford. I’m Linex expected me at their front door at 0800. It all worked out!
