Rather than driving up to the automated roll up doors, I parked in the lot and entered through the main entrance. Being a first time customer, I was uncertain to whom I should speak with, so I followed the signs through the lobby to the service department. This is when I encountered Brenda. First impressions to me are important, especially when I am fully placing trust into an unknown car dealership. Brenda began to ask me if I had a scheduled appointment, which I did, and the location of my vehicle. She personally went to my Vehicle and drove it through the automated doors to show me what I was to do for the next time I return. Brenda was VERY KIND, helpful, detailed, made me feel very comfortable and provided my family and I coupons to use at the cafe. She was honest and reviewed everything that was listed for the service and did not leave out any details, again...very important. I have been to dealerships in the past who have been an absolute nightmare and I end up having to pay an extra fee for “something” that was “wrong” with my vehicle and was never communicated clearly. Brenda was not that person and was completely 100% upfront with all services that will be completed without me prompting her or even questioning her. She stated the service was to last all day, however, the part was not within the facility and it had to be ordered. Brenda called me in a timely manner to notify me of the issue and my vehicle would be 100% completed by Tuesday. On Tuesday morning while I was at work, she left a very kind voicemail notifying me that my vehicle would be ready to pick up at my leisure. When I returned, Brenda had everything ready for me, handed me the key to my truck, came out from behind her desk, shook my hand and offered “a bottle of water for the road.” This is INCREDIBLE customer service and she truly needs to be recognized. For me to sit here and write this review is saying something because I am a busy person and normally do not wish to write a feedback response....Next time, I will request Brenda specifically and I look forward to continuing my business with West Hills. Thank you for all that you have done, you truly made and impact.
Max is a very nice, kind and helpful young man. He is professional. He made my visit here very pleasant. I have been coming there for a number of years. My husband and I purchased a Mazda 6 there some years ago. We both were happy with it. After my husband passed away, eleven years go, I bought the Mazda 3 that was serviced today. I have always been pleased with everyone I have encountered at West Hills Auto! Thank you!

Cole and the staff were great they tried to help me with everything they could do within their limits. Overall not pleased. I bought the vehicle a little over a month ago and it didn’t come with wheel safety nut key, so when I went to get it serviced instead of trying to find me a new key they just fixed the flat. Just expected some what of a courtesy since I expend a lot of money on purchasing the vehicle and all the extra warranties. Otherwise your staff have been straight forward and courteous. Ps. Doing patch works it’s only going to continue to make your job harder and customers unhappy. We as consumers spend a lot of money for your vehicles so it’s only right if you were to take the time to fix our problems, there’s nothing more aggravating then having to take your vehicle in for fixing multiple times for the same reason.

Minor annoyance in work performed-First Oil change.
After sitting for three hours, took truck to run errand. Discovered a 10" diameter oil drip on concrete garage floor. Cleaned floor and waited till next day. No further drip. Will clean engine later.
Brenda wa professional and wanted to help with other cosmetic issue from Digi-Shield product install. Took care of issue immediately and to my satisfaction. Job well done!
Hope to do a cleaner job, next oil change.
