Chris was amazing and went above and beyond. There was a difficulty with my vehicle and Chris apologized for the mistake and made sure that a new tire was ordered and immediately got me into a loaner. My vehicle was repaired quickly and returned to me.

There was a significant amount of grease and residue on the interior of the vehicle upon pickup. It was on the inside of the drivers side door, the inside and outside door latches, the drivers seat, the steering wheel, and the center console. I’m not one to complain and simply took the vehicle home and spent some time cleaning the inside up. This will however make me think twice about returning to West Hills Ford in any capacity. Sarah, in the fleet and diesel service department, is fantastic.

After getting 3 different opinions stating there was vibrations at 40 - 45mph your tech said he could not feel anything. This was very upsetting, even the mechanic up at the Chevy dealership felt it and that is why I was referred to you to get it fixed. Very dissatisfied with your service.
