Sarah did an excellent job. She communicated with me frequently and kept me informed of the cars progress. Unfortunately the issue with my car was not solved. When I tried to speak with the service manager he refused to talk to me,very frustrating.

Service provided by Max was very good, service provided on car (I’m assuming) was good. Making appointments, however, is laborious; and connecting to the WiFi is a joke.

I had a manufactured recall on my 2013 Ford f150 that took about an hour to resolve and download in the computer system. Satisfied they checked the overall vehicle and found no issues except oil change which is due. Thanks west hills team

Overall, very friendly and nice. However, my tire has been loosing air constantly for the last week , but they can’t figure out why.. seems interesting that they don’t know.. and didn’t have any answers or suggestions.
