West Hill Ford finished a problem that Bickford Ford couldn’t find! It took West Hill 4/12 hours that Bickford couldn’t find in 2 1/2 weeks! Sarah kept me in the loop the whole time with calls and texts! If I lived closer,West Hill would get all my Fords business! Thank you!

Completely disappointed in my experience with the service department. They did not fix a single issue I brought my car in for, even when they kept my car overnight! And of course I was still overcharged for absolutely no work.
