Service advisor was fine but your service techs/mechanics are far from superior. They added DEF to a truck that is clearly deleted and then wanted to charge me for the DEF. Your service advisor was great and took the charge off. Also the techs missed both my reverse lights being out and wrote that they were SAT. I know this because both of the aftermarket LED bulbs I put in there fell out of the socket and we're sitting in the housing. I'm not upset and will still come back but thought you should be aware.

5 minutes on the road after pick up, the service wrench turned on, speedometer turned off, driver airbag light came on, mpg and mileage indicator went to three dashes. Cole was great, but problems still occurring.
