After a tire rotation I drove 10 miles away and low tire pressure sensor came on. I tried to call to a long hold and had other things to do so I did not get to follow up. The customer service was excellent I’m just annoyed with the code that is being thrown.

Took car in for first oil change and also to get an extra fob made as only one was issued to us when we purchased the car. The initial person said a new fob would only take 10 minutes. When we got there the representative who checked our car in was very friendly. He told us the process to make a new fob would take about 1 1/2 hours. We sat in the waiting room and walked around and looked at some new vehicles. When the friendly service representative came and got us he said that they could not make our fob because they only had one key left and the computer messed it up. Now we have to make anther trip back to get our fob. What business lets there stock of supply run completely out and put added inconvenience upon their customer. When we got into our vehicle they did not vacuum the floor of the car.

Oil change and tire rotations are overpriced. When I go to other ford dealerships I consistently lay 20 dollars less. In addition, I was told by my service tech everything was fine with my truck. I guess the techs didn’t check out my electronics during the inspection since my moonroof is currently broken. I am not satisfied with this service.

Chris provided prompt courteous service and clearly communicated the status of my vehicle in a timely manor. Chris provided me with repair options and was able to find an alternative parts supplier to complete my repairs to accommodate my schedule of needing the vehicle available for weekend travel.

The customer relations person was great but they found a problem with one of my batteries on my deisal truck. When I bought my truck just two years ago they inspected it and found the batteries where failing I was told they where replaced but your mechanic only replaced one. The industry standard is too replace both even when I asked your rep. Agreed when I asked about making this right she discontinued all correspondence with me. I spent over 40000 on that truck and your dealership is going to lose a future customer over 160 doller batterie . Not really a good way to run a business I have lived here in this county my whole life and I will not be talking highly about your dealership again if you can’t make this right .

Brenda was extremely helpful she explain things to me very well and if I had a question and she didn't have an answer she would find that answer for me she's an excellent asset to your company. I would highly recommend her to anybody that is looking for a new car. I really like the way they vacuumed my car they were fast at the service that they did for me and they back into my car I was extremely happy and Brenda Dunn is a wonderful person. You guys are very lucky to have her.
