When your service team serviced my F350 they overlooked an issue and let me drive off the lot. When I returned I had to argue with your team about the issue and why it was not mentioned to me while being serviced since they had that section apart during service...I just felt as if attention to proactive service was missed and customer service was not handled properly even when I returned. When did leave unhappy and will have someone else take a look at it now.

Cole was great he went above and beyond taking money out of his own pocket to put gas in my car when I had to return to have my headliner cleaned from where the mechanics had gotten grease all over. And that being said I still am not satisfied with the cleaning job that they did. I will be thinking hard about having work again.

Cameron, along with a several others, made the entire experience so wonderful. From start to finish Cameron was polite, attentive, and communicated fantastically. If I needed someone is customer service, I would hire him!

I was treated respectfully in a timely manner!
