Paid for my truck with the convenient link. Went to pick up my truck. No paperwork or keys. Called twice the following day. Sarah Richardson left a message saying paperwork would be left up front. Another trip to the dealership and I still can't get the truck. It is a cluster of bad communication and customer service! Confirming my loyalty to my local service guys!!
