Kelsi made me feel like I was getting a Rolls Royce serviced. She didn’t pressure me to purchase anything or do repairs that weren’t necessary. She was amazing. She made me want to comeback to purchase a new car but I can’t afford payments right now.

Calvin was top notch. The rest of my two and a half wait with the two hour round trip commute was a waste of time. Wrong parts ordered, etc. Rebbeca Star was there and knows what went down. Wife is very upset and considering moving our long time loyalty to Parr Ford and Bremerton Mazda elsewhere.
