I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had with a dealership! The wait was not a problem. I was comfortable, had food and coffee if I needed it and the music is awesome!! Great service center!

There was a little confusion on my past services with West Hills Mazda, got that cleared up. The weight time was almost 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and a couple filters to be changed, seems a bit long. Also found out I was charged for a part that was not put on my car. Calvin called me to let me know the error was discovered and the credit was put on my card.
