Asked to check coolant system while changing oil and reset dash warning for coolant mix. Was not done. Still have check coolant mixture warning upon start up.this appt was to fix the stripped oil drain plug that was done at your shop and not reported by mechanic several months ago. Frustrated with service dept.

I live in oak harbor so I travel a good distance to get my car serviced at your facility. A day or so later I could smell oil from my vents and had someone check it. Come to find out the lid to where the oil is poured into was NOT put back after the oil change!! It was found in the spot my neighbor said is a typical spot you lay the lid while doing the oil change. I have been driving for a few days with oil spitting out and oil all over the engine. I’m not happy about this

Checking under hood of car before heading back to eastern Washington found antifreeze tank was really low purchased a gallon at NAPA it held the whole gallon they need to check things better probably won’t return for service again as you know how expensive Diesel engines are
