I really enjoyed working with Max. Even though my repairs took a lot longer than initially anticipated. But Max did everything he could to make sure I remained a happy customer. Although my truck does still have a little bit of a rough idle. One of the concerns for bringing it in. But a small item compared to what else had to be done. Seems to be functioning properly beyond the rough idle. I will just be keeping an eye on it for now as I need my truck back.

Bought vehicle through Mazda and thought my warrantee was with Mazda but "I" had to go up Toyota to deal with a vehicle problem. Thought it should have been Mazda personnel that should have dealt with Toyota service. Further, I was told if Mazda service were to diagnose the problem they would need to charge me for it. I took exception to that and went to Toyota to deal with the problem myself.

Issue still present after having truck there 2 days. Unfortunately issue worked when leaving but started again immediately when I got home again. Adjustments were done, I think next time needs to involve some parts.
