Kelsi put me at ease that she would take care of me. She made true to her words, by keeping me informed in a very timely fashion. And she went out her way to discuss with me options that would save me money and she covered a day of rental for me as my car ended up getting done late in the day, so as to not interrupt my dinner guests.

Sara was great! But tires were rotated and the pressure was not adjusted the rear tires were too low. Also got new fuel filters and the water in fuel line keeps coming on everytime I turn the truck on. In 20k miles I haven't had an issue before.
