Max is an excellent service manager. He is knowledgeable, friendly and was able to work with the mechanic to finish servicing my car in half the time I thought it would take. He then walked me to my car to ensure I was satisfied with the work performed.

Your checkin protocol is bizarre. Customers standing around ,few service advisers, and customers wandering into advisers cubicles are snagging advisers out of sequence. When I complained about it I got an arrogant reply about what the ideal customer behavior would be. Excuse me. Secondly, I don’t know why it took until 4 to finish one hour job scheduled for 1:30. Well, yeah, I do understand. Maybe the fact that I didn’t get checked in until 1:45 might have had something to do with it. But no worries; you don’t have to please me.

I was charged $150 for a diagnostic on why my defroster didn't work and was told that I probably needed to replace my thermostat @ $300. My clock lost 5 hours and I am not able to reset the time-- I change the hour/minute, push OK, and nothing happens, the time stays five hours wrong. Also, it seems that the mechanic rooting around in the hoses fixed the defroster by mistake, as it works now. I probably don't need that $300 thermostat either.

He was curtis and helpful today. When I had a question about how dark the engine oil was after they got done servicing my f 150 we talk about and I left somewhat satisfied. He went talk to the tech and he then called me to let know that the f150 diesel engine oil normal to have a dark tent to it.
