I had a service appointment at 10:30, I got there at 10:20 to drop my car off. I wasn’t helped until 30 minutes later. I was apologized to and told they were short staffed so they were running behind. I called at 3:45 asking if my car would be done soon since I noticed online service closes at 4. I got a call back at 3:59
letting me know it was done. Picking up my car was quick and easy. The guy who I picked my car up from apologized again about being short staffed and it taking so long. He said because I had to wait so long they wouldn’t have me pay for my oil change which was really nice and I appreciated.
As always, the service department is efficient and goes above and beyond.
Even though no diagnosis for the leak, i was not charged for the time put in for trying to figure it out.
Excellent service, Max Davis did a superlative job in staying abreast of all aspects of the work on the truck and keeping us abreast of work progress.
He was adept in his use of customer oriented social skills by making sure our wait was an informed and comfortable one.

The service was fine. The price was over $30 more than I was quoted on the website when I scheduled it. I was told something about it being because they used full synthetic oil. But nobody told me beforehand that it would cost me more. That felt like a bait and switch. Guess I should have asked. I like to trust that people and businesses will be honest and transparent with me, but I don’t feel West Hills deserves my trust now. I don’t think I’ll be back.
Hi—brought my CX-5 in for the powertrain control module recall. All the service onsite was excellent. But now the car is psycho, with random warning lights, rough running, and loss of power. Hoping to limp back in tomorrow to see if it can be sorted out. I don’t think this is a dealership issue, everyone there is great. I think it’s a Mazda issue. But we’ll see, hopefully.
Asked and paid for brake inspection. It wasn’t performed. The 17 point inspection I requested and paid for specifically for brakes was not done. We had a transmission issue that was fixed on a recall. That was great however we also had issues with our parking break, Max stated they could not re create the sticking however the tech clearly describes the truck has rusty calipers and the cables need adjusting however this was not offered as fix by service writer. The inspection also revealed a air filter was In the red and needing replacement. I was not told or offered. Our ignition key was also broken when attendant was parking our truck. I understand the key may have been worn but it was working when we dropped the truck off, I was charged 200 dollars for a new key.. disappointed in ford .

Great service, work done was as expected.
Brenda did a fine job, and it was warranty work, so the price was acceptable. Brenda did mix up the work being done on my truck (IWE and hub work) with someone who needed a valve body and had a check engine light problem, but the final paperwork from the technician was thorough, clear, and concise summarizing the whole process from diag to final repairs. Thanks again.
Max was great! He got me all set up with a rental car when my plans changed last minute and he even drove me to the rental company so I wouldn't be late for work. Very friendly and extremely helpful.
He did his best to treat us right!
