I gave been VERY happy with the finance and sales staff. My follow through between sales and service was flawless except for Brenda. If your receptionist and service staff had NOT stepped in I would be going to the Fordealership in Port Orchard. Never have I been spoken to so rudely.

In the past my car would be washed and vacuumed. I'm not sure if it just got to late or if now that you're West Hills its been discontinued.
