It should not take 4.5 hours for a scheduled service. Every time I come there with an appointment it takes roughly 5 hours. That is absurd.

Kelsi is the best! She knows how to get thing done. Researches coverage, kept me informed about the status of my truck. Communication is big! I travel from Maple Valley to Bremerton to get my truck serviced because of the great service I receive. I feel my truck and myself will be well taken care of!

Colin was a wonderful and nice and it wasn’t his fault but I was not satisfied with my service I had 1/2 a tank of gas when I dropped my car off and it was down to 1/4 when I picked it up yet they said it was averaging 33 mpg which doesn’t make sense to me
