This is not exactly a “no” but it was not a “yes”. My automatic lights were turned off during my oil change and I got pulled over by a cop because of it. If settings are changed in my car please change them back. Other than that and the sales team not being able to find my key everything was fine. Please don’t call me, just make sure next time to reset my car back to its original settings. Thank you.

You are LUCKY to have Sarah. She is extremely knowledgeable Concerning Ford products and their systems. She is On the top of the service and goes out of her way to call and keep you informed. She is hands down the best service writer I have ever had anywhere. Oh, and no matter how busy she is, she remains totally pleasant to be around. Give her a raise to keep her. Jon C

Matt is an excellent mechanic and was very thorough when telling me what he needed to do to fix my car. And Brenda up at the desk, taking care of all the admin and paperwork, was incredibly helpful and efficient. She was quick to answer questions and provided wonderful customer service. I would absolutely recommend both by name and the facility as a whole to friends and family in need of repairs and check ups for their cars.

Today was my first complete oil change with my newly purchased 2016 Mazda CX5. Driving up to the service door we were greeted by a friendly Christoph Waggoner. He was upbeat, personable, efficient, and readily addressed all our concerns. We walked over to the Ford complex to have breakfast. We saw Colin from the Ford service department and was impressed that he remembered us. Thumbs up for Colin and his team who worked on my dad's Freestar. Thanks guys. The oil change took less time than projected and I liked that it sent me the text that it was ready. I thought it was pretty awesome that Christoph drove my car over to the Ford complex to go over what they did and his suggestions for the future services. All in all such a positive experience.
