I am partially satisfied. When my car quit at the end of your drive, I was referred to the manager who was on vacation, then asked to leave a message for the maintenance department. Luckily my car started so I took it back. Still, they found no problem. I thank Kelsi for her help during the whole maintenance event. The operator needs to know who’s there and who is not.

Getting my car serviced at West Hills is always a seamless and pleasant experience. The attendant who met us at the entrance was funny, and we were helped quickly. I accidentally made the appointment for another part of the dealership and Kelsi quickly made the change so we could have our oil changed at the Ford spot. I’m a customer for life!
