The technicians removed lug nuts from a wheel which required extra work. I was not notified prior, but was provided with a bill at the end of my service for approximately $70 for work I did not authorize prior to performance. I am very upset about this.

Max was kind, efficient, and very professional. He provided the best service ever because the last two times I was not treated this way or even approached by your staff when I was in the service room waiting an additional 25 minutes even though I had an appointment. This time Max was right there and took me through the process from beginning to end. Keep him happy because he knows what's up and how to engage your customers.
