They mentioned something is wrong with the vehicle serviced but didn't go into further explanation as to where it was located, while 3 mechanics were sitting in the office not doing anything during normal business hours.

When I took my truck there they busted a log but on my front passenger side and the wiper fluid is not coming out the way is suppose to I told the service guy that if He can check my extended warranty and he said that I suppose to call and tell him if I have coverage. In the past the service department call and they let me know if its cover or not. I dont know what change if I have to call my self just need to know so next time I came to the service department prepare.
