I try and stay loyal to West Hills for all of my vehicle service needs however I was disappointed that an oil change took over an hour when I had a scheduled appointment.

I wish I’d have known it was going to take an additional *hour* to take care of the mirror recall on my Mazda3. Spending 2 hours for an oil change and the mirror without the offer of a loaner seems ridiculous. I think Mazda should cover the cost of a loaner for clients when we have to come in for recall issues. It has left a bad impression on me for future purchases...

Very professional and efficient. She oversaw the Edge service and new rear wiper arm and all blades installation making sure the Edge was complete in minimal time.

Coming from Port Townsend I have a choice between West Hills or Port Angeles. I choose West Hills because of the tremendous service by folks like Colin - friendly, good listeners, welcoming, keeping me abreast of service progress - all that adds up to a great customer experience. I also appreciate having a place to work on my computer while I wait.
