Colin did a great job and my unsatisfactory review is by no means a reflection on him. I brought my vehicle in to have the front right rim replaced. After the job was finished I noticed a fresh scrape on the passenger door that was down to bare metal. Same day repair wasn't able to repair the damage. Upon return from the attempted repair I noticed the right rear rim was significantly damaged. It turned out to be the new rim that was supposed to be on the right front. It was damaged by the tech while putting the tire on. Not only did the tech not report the damage but I find it very suspicious the wheel was moved to the rear of the car when the work order clearly was to remove and replace the front wheel. Working with Colin and Jon the rim was repaired to satisfaction and the car is scheduled for the body shop to repair the door. I cannot express my complete dissatisfaction with the lack of quality work performed by the tech. I realize errors can happen but the blatant failure to disclosure such error is beyond comprehension. I do however want to be perfectly clear that this is no reflection on Colin as he worked diligently to rectify the situation keeping me informed throughout the process.

I am not sure who was the most unhelpful, Sara, Jeremy the sales manager, or Jon the service manager. It was bad enough that we bought a new truck with an oil leak but these individuals made it even worse. We were told so many different things by them that proved to be nothing more than lip service. The service felt dishonest. It was not done on time as promised and at one point we were told it could be a month before it was done, or maybe they will just give us a new truck, or my favorite...we could just top off the oil and just drive it home. It became a running joke in our circle of friends as the service department had the truck longer than we owned it. I could go on and on but the bottom line is we are not happy with your “service” department!

We had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and had to wait for 3 hours. At any other service station this would take 30 minutes. Additionally, when we purchased our vehicle from you, you sold is a windshield repair/replacement package. Today you told us that our windshield damage would cost $600 to replace. This means that either your sales team was dishonest about the service they sold us or that they don't communicate well with the service department. I am very disappointed with the service provided and currently would not recommend you to others.

Very professional and customer service oriented

Everyone at West Hills made sure that we had been helped and were not just waiting around. We were given a detailed description of what to expect on the type of service we were going to receive and an estimated time of completion. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice, especially Max who helped us and Rebecca who answered all our questions!
