HAD TROUBLE FINDING STATUS OF VEHICLE ON 2ND DAY. WHOEVER ANSWERED PHONE, HAD A LOT OF QUESTIONS, HOW ONG HAVE YOU USED US, TYPE OF VEHICLE, ETC. SERVICE PEOPLE SHOULD GIVE YOU A CARD, NAME, & NUMBER TO CALL TO CHECK RATHER THAN GOING THROUGH THE PHONE INQUISITION

Disappointed to hear that the only way to repair my hood due to rust under the paint is to replace the hood! Especially since this was visible when purchasing the vehicle abd was told it was where a paint repair or air bubble was. I asked to have it looked at on one of my first services and was passed off as not being rust. Now they are telling me it is rust not covered and $1700 to get a new hood.. seems a bit outrageous fir what I hear is not uncommon in this model. My 2002 and 2007 with ~250K miles do not even have this issue. This is not this servicevwrires problem but one much longer ago abd the manufacturer. This make me really doubt FORDs quality.
