They filled my back passenger side tire but it still leaked so I took it to schwab and they found a nail and removed it. Otherwise all ok and kelsi provided good customer care.

Chelsea went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable whole I waited for my car. I can't walk far enough to take advantage of your hot beverage benefit, so she asked what I'd like, and went and got it for me. It's wonderful when someone is good at her job and also kind.

Chelsea has wanted to help me the most to get mr issues takenen care of. The mechanics have replaced everything that has to do with the error messages. Now on to electronic stuff. Wish me luck. Next Monday I am taking my 2017 Mazda 3 hatchback in for the 6th time for the same issue.

This evening when pulling out of my driveway with my other vehicle no, I notice that material underneath my carriage for my oil change was not properly installed and is hanging down underneath my vehicle. I will be bringing it back tomorrow for Ford to fix it.

Max greeted me by name as soon as I entered the service department. He thoroughly explained what would be happening with my vehicle while being serviced. Made sure I had a free beverage voucher and lead me to the customer waiting area. Max went above and beyond by noticing I would need new tires soon and gave a reasonable quote on comparable replacement tires. I would recommend Westhills Ford to friends.

After having an amazing car buying experience, I was astounded by the poor customer service I received from Mazda, starting before I’d ever even walked in the door. When I scheduled my appointment, I marked the box to please receive a car, and typed into the notes that I needed my rims and windshield looked at, along with asking if I’d be able to have a rental car as part of my service using my warranty. I never received a call. I rescheduled because I needed to know about the rental car before coming in, and requested a call. I got a call the night before my appointment, asked about the rental car, and was transferred to 3 different departments before leaving a voicemail, that I never heard back about. Upon arriving at Mazda, Chelsea never seemed capable of answering my questions or giving me her full attention. I said multiple times that in addition to the oil change I had come in for, I needed my windshield repaired, rims checked, and my passenger side mirror looked at because the paint was peeling. After the initial check in, I was asked to wait for a lot attendant. Chelsea never interacted with me after this. I sat for 20 minutes before a different employee offered me water, and an additional 10 minutes before yet another employee offered to drive me to the rental office. I was never offered a coffee like everyone else in the room was. Upon my return to Mazda, I found out that no one had checked my rims, nor my passenger mirror, and I would need to return yet again, and pay for yet another rental car, in order for these things to be looked at. After leaving Mazda, a very loud warning light came on in my car, indicating my tire pressure was wrong. I immediately returned to the service center and was told it was simply “they had forgotten to reset the sensor.” While I’m glad it wasn’t something more serious, it brings into question whether or not I can trust the reliability of any other work done. I purposefully paid extra for the extensive warranties on my car so that I could have the dealership look after it because I had heard great things about the West Hills service departments. This was a massive disappointment, and will impact my work schedule and cost me extra money. I hope that my appointment next week goes much better.
