He was friendly, and very eager to please. I only had a limited face to face, as your female team leader, did most the leg work to get the Saturday appointment okayed as a fit me in deal. Only disappointed because the parts to fix my car rack were not available. And I do miss the vacuum job that used to co e with a service!

I understand the time it took to service my car. I'm satisfied with the actual service and time. My issue is that whoever took care of my car last did not make sure the hood was latched. It was dark when I finally took my car so I didnt realize the hood was not latched until I got home. I drove all the way home on hwy 3 doing 70 mph. My hood could have flown open at any time during that drive. That is why I'm not happy. I'm upset that no one noticed before they gave me my car back.

I had taken my car in for a standard oil change. An oil leak was found so my car was in the shop for a week. Colin did a great job of keeping me informed of the status of my car. I had to get a rental and he took care of that as well. Since my warranty is almost up I asked if they could do an extra check of everything. Of course...they did! Thanks!
