The service representative that I had was wonderful, helpful, and kind. However, every time I have my truck serviced it takes far longer than predicted. There is always some kind of hold up or confusion and the shop is ALWAYS running behind, even first thing in the morning.

Okay so!!! Your appointment coordinators Need to learn how to schedule appointments and not overload the service advisor. Also your service advisors need to keep their customer updated with the progress of their vehicle. Our truck was there for a month and I really didn’t know what was going on with it. I feel that Sarah was over powered by management to push the warranty customers in front to get good reviews. Don’t get me wrong my truck runs great but I also paid a lot for all of that.
