When we started our car this morning it had a hard turn over, when we checked the oil level it was beyond low. The techs did not fill our oil level back up after the oil change. Please call

Calvin did a great job processing our car for service. He was friendly, professional, and if he didn’t have an answer to one of our questions, he found the answer. Also, to expedite our departure he helped the shop guys wash the car. Calvin is an asset to. West Hills Mazda.

Christoph did an amazing job of resolving a problem that two other places could not. The repair technician's skill & experience also also played a huge part in solving the problem. In spite of it being a 90 minute drive, we will be coming to West Hills for maintenance and repair on our F150. Excellent professional experience for us. Thank you

West Hills Ford is like family, everybody is very friendly, have always liked coming here for service over the years. Sarah today was great as I showed her what looked like stress cracks on the rear panel, she showed me how to remove them. That made my day, thank you.
