When we went in approx. 15 min. before our appointed time, Sarah got out vehicle right in, had work started on it right away, and delivered it back to us at the exact time she said it would be done. She did good with us - greatly satisfied! - Jeff & Pei Pei

I found the following issues with my car when I got home; first, the service tech failed to fully seat the dashboard air bag break away panel and secondly the positive terminal was loose on the post. Other than the subpar work by the service tech, my experience was satisfactory.

I have been a customer at your dealership/Paar since 2006. I have consistently recieved top notch service. I wanted to give Christopher Waggoner a huge THANK YOU! YA'LL are lucky to have him as a customer service representative. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired expeditiously! What was going to be a month long repair, turned into two days!!! TOP NOTCH AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DRIVE 2 HOURS FOR MY SERVICE!!
