The only problem was a wiper that was replaced on the driver's side. It leaves streaks. It was worse than the one it replaced. Otherwise, no problems.

Max provided great service and is very nice. However, my car was brought in most recently for some repairs that had been noted as potentially being an issue when it was last brought in in September. That information wasn’t disclosed to me when Max went over the problems the technician found with the vehicle. During that visit, I made a lot of preventative repairs and would’ve made this preventative repair, had it been disclosed. Once Max went over the issue at my most recent visit, he disclosed that a note was made during the last visit in September of this potential issue. Since I wasn’t made aware of the issue, my car suddenly became non-drivable due to its mechanical issue. Communication about the technician’s findings could’ve avoided this second appointment altogether.

While they were replacing my taillight they broke my lift gate button. They said they would call me when the part came in (approximately 2 days) to schedule the repair. I have yet to hear from them. It's been a week.
