Chris Waggoner was great. Super nice. However the rest of my experience was not acceptable. My car was delayed getting done. I called and left 2 messages on different numbers, no response, called back several times, one time being to the main number at Ford, no one answered. They went to voice mail and quite frankly I was done leaving voicemails since I was not receiving any calls back. Fri and Mon it was supposed to be done, no calls on Mon to tell me anything! I called on Tues and left another message, no response. I finally received a text saying it was done. I honestly can't understand why I couldn't get through to anyone on the phone or get any updates. Such bad customer service.

Let’s just start by saying when I had my Mazda in for an oil change they should have torqued down the oil bolt and my car would not have leaked almost all the oil!! Then got the run around with one of your people telling me that this happens sometimes!!! This should never happen!!! We have bought several cars from the west hills auto group and have ran into several problems and you guys try to make it look like it’s our fault! That’s unacceptable! I really hope this doesn’t happen again!

I came in this morning for a service and felt put off by the staff working. I explained the issue I was having with the apple car play recall on my car and felt like I was being made to look like I had no idea what I was talking about. One employee asked “Did you try downloading the app?” When I replied no and I was unaware that might be the issue we went to my car and he tried to trouble shoot. I showed him what I had been doing and he replied “maybe it’s your phone” So he tried his phone and the same thing happened. He then responded by saying “well your not crazy” and he had me go back inside to sign some papers to have a tech look at the issue. When I came back inside to finish the paper work, the woman inside was on a personal phone call making a doctors appt for her sick child apparently. How is that professional? I expect the same level of customer service when im having issues with the car as when I’m purchasing the car. Apparently a specific port needs to be used in order for the apple car play to work. When I originally had it installed no one offered to show me how to use it or gave me any kind of instructions. How do you expect customers to know these things without communicating proper information ? I left feeling annoyed and frustrated. I’m glad nothing was wrong with my car but the extra trip I had to make could have been avoided , had I been properly informed the first time around. I feel that the customer service fell short today.

The scheduled work request was addressed. The 2nd issue that was noted upon arrival was not addressed. At checkout the Svc Advisor agreed issue #2 could be addressed at the follow up appt in a few days. It's unfortunate that I had to wait additional time for a specialist to arrive for issue #1; that time could have been used to diagnose issue #2.

I called and made a quick scheduled service for today. Did not expect that fast but made it in and had an easy time waiting for the oil change and regular scheduled services. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Good reading material available during wait. Thank You Don & Dory Sprung

I hate going to repair shop cuz I always did ALL my vehicle repairs myself since I was in high school. But bone shrapnel put me in a wheelchair 5 years ago and now I can’t even stand up to LOOK at the engine - never mind work on it. So having to go to someone else for help is very emotionally hard and upsetting for me. Several times now Kelsey has been the person at your shop who I see. She’s wonderful. Her cheer, positive attitude, and just plain sincere kindness really really really help me a lot. I really hate this wheelchair life I’m now stuck with - but people like Kelsey do more than they can possibly imagine to make me feel like maybe things will be alright. Thank you.
