I've never used a dealer for car maintenance before, because I've never trusted them to give you good service, rather I always felt they were profit this high cost driven. After the service I just received at 62 years old my first. I feel I must reconsider my stance. With a credit rating of 815. I just might have to break unconventional ground. Good job to your service department for a job well done, from a lifelong skeptic.

Chris was great we ended up not pursuing the repairs. The only reason I am say no is that the one thing that they supposedly fixed did not solve the probkem. They reset the computer it cleared the compass error but never moved off of North so they couldn’t have actually tested it. They just know the error went away. The receipt does say that if it didn’t resolve the problem/ returned to let you guys know and you would try and resolve it. At this point it just misandrist type problem and not worth the hassle to bring it in just fir that. I want to emphasize that Chris went above and beyond for us.

My experience with your staff was great. My only disappointment was with what was charged to have my cabin air filter changed. Things didn’t sit well so I researched the part price and how to change said filter. Very unhappy about this price hike on this simple service.

Colin is ok, but I checked my oil two days ago because Firestone told me there was no oil on my dipstick. So I checked it myself. Same result. I put in 3.5 quarts to restore it to full. You changed the oil last time. Colin told me the 5.0 used 1quart / 1000 miles. Nice to know. Frankly after being a customer at various Hazelwood businesses is like calling or dealing with a circus. Now you as a monopoly with no incentive to improve.
