I picked up my truck Thursday. It had a low pressure front driver side tire. Sarah took the time to get filled up. Supposedly, tires will loose pressure from sitting. Though, I would argue not that much.Today, Friday, I am waiting for roadside service to come put my spare on so I can have the now flat tire repaired. The tire was fine when I brought it in. Maybe let folks know tires don't loose THAT much air sitting around a shop. I would rather have dealt with this at the shop than trying to deal with it myself at home. Thank goodness for my roadside subscription.

Thank you to Service Advisor, Sarah Richardson, for fitting me in w/o scheduled appt. and taking care of needed maintenance on my 2007 Ford Ranger. Sarah is very focused, smart, pleasant, professional, and kept me informed... Thanks for texts for status. And Thanks to Master Technician Rick, as well, for his good work. Kelsi Schroeder was an excellent service provider. She was short staffed and aithout hesitation worked diligently to ensure I had a ride if needed. She explained everything carefully and made sure I wasn't blind sided by any prices. She set me up with a rental as needed. The work was estimated to take three days and it was completed in a littlee over than one day. Amy Lewis took time to match the quality of a car that I am use to driving. Since I was shopping when my car was complete and had the car full of groceries when I returned the rental she took the time to help me transfer those groceries in the rain. Thanks for great service.
