Honestly I was frustrated with both the outcome of the service visit and the way In which I was treated. My primary complaint (my trunk is getting water inside it - seemingly while I am driving) remains unsolved. My service representative seemed at times disinterested and argumentative about the problem. When I left, the quality assurance manager suggested I solve the problem by putting a sock filled with kitty litter in the trunk. This feels like an odd solution to a leak in a car with fewer than 8,000 miles on the odometer. My secondary complaint - that the warning light related to service intervals comes on intermittently despite the car having been serviced less than a month ago - May or may not be fixed at this point - but the service representative argued with me about whether the problem even existed (despite the fact that I had taken a photo of the warning and showed it to him). His ultimate explanation for the problem - that an internal system had been reset incorrectly during my last service - does not instill confidence. If that were true, it seems the problem would not have been intermittent. In candor, I am beginning to think that I should take my car (purchased at West Hills) into Seattle for its maintenance.

Service was prompt, professional and courteous. This was a very good experience. Courtesy shuttle experience was wonderful as well. The driver was safe, professional and personable. This set a positive stage for the everything else.

The Service from West Hills was wonderful. Kelsi Schroeder took excellent care of me and my needs. I do intend to return to West Hills for future Ford Escape service needs. Brought car in for brake fluid low. After service when I got back in my car indicator light was still on. Came back in and car was taken back to shop. After awhile they determined that parts were needed. I just wish the diagnosis would have been done the first time. I understand need to order parts but I don’t understand why problem was not identified prior to giving the car back to me the first time. We now have parts on order but disappointed in the initial service provided.
