Took much longer than expected due to an unexpected issue however i was kept updated throughout the process and the issue was resolved. Chris was great.

I came in to get my vehicle today. I told them yesterday that I would be in a hurry and they said it wouldn’t be a problem to leave the rental there and pick up my vehicle, pay for both services and leave. I came in, my associate was with someone else, so I waited. Then when I was helped, I asked if the oil change was done. Since she was new, she went to check with the main lady who was completely disrespectful to her in front of me(a customer). I get being on the phone when someone interrupts is irritating but completely dismissing her employees in front of a customer is demeaning. Then when the main lady finally came over, she told me I had to return the rental (which I could have done 20minutes before that). I told her I was told it wouldn’t be a problem, but she matter of factly told me no. The least she could have done was told me sorry but you were told wrong or been nice about it, but wow....whoever sent her to customer service school needs to get their money back. She needs to learn to treat her employees and customers better. Oh and the whole reason my car was in wasn’t taken care of cause you didn’t have the part? The only reason I would bother bringing my car back there is for the associate that helped me, Pam, and the rental car associate that helped me was very nice.

Chelsea was awesome. Explained to me why my repairs were beyond your control and helped me find out where to go for help with water damage. She also understood my disability and made me comfortable at her desk as well helping me to my car. You'd be surprised how few people are not willing to do that.
