Chris did a good job but I am somewhat surprised that Ford is not aware have an issue going on in 2010 to 2014 Fusion hybrids. When for does figure it out I hope somebody contacts me so I can regain the gas mileage that I'm currently not getting from my 2010 hybrid

Chris W. Our service manager squeezed us in for an evaluation due to our up coming ski trip. We were open to repair and cost. His #1 concern was our safety due to an airbag light! Thru the course of investigation he referred us to Victoria to review new vehicles in the event our rig needed more than a quick fix. Next day report less expensive to move forward and secure a new vehicle. He was friendly, knowledgeable and share he needed to talk with the service techs to give most accurate information info. This I respect. He said his job was to provide the best service repair, not sell me a new car! He really met our needs. Ended up purchasing 2 new vehicles, SUV and truck. Yes to give Chris a raise and commission!
