Everything was great. Service was exceptional and Sarah was perfect. But I am a bit concerned about the maintenance practices. After my oil change and tire rotation and I paid and while I was leaving, I made it about 20 yards before I noticed something didn’t sound right. I drove back towards the highway when I noticed steering wheel shake so I stopped, checked the tires real quick and then kept going. Once I got up to about 25 the truck did not feel safe. I knew something was wrong and it wasn’t a bad tire going from the rear to the front. I brought it back to the dealer, Sarah pulled out and I visibly saw the front right wheel wobble as she pulled out. She took it straight back to the service bay. She came back after checking on it and it was what I thought. The wheel had loose lug nuts. I’m sure you understand what this could of led to if I would have continued onto the highway. Damage to the wheel, damage to the vehicle, accident, injury , death, lawsuit. All in the cards. Sarah had the lead mechanic go through all of the work that was done and got me back out after about another 45 minutes. Being concerned about the maintenance I will go through everything else tomorrow as I noticed on my tire pressure which I was running 60 front 70 rear, they were never adjusted when they rotated the tires and the TPMS is going off because the tires are at 60 now on the rear. I was offered an apology from Sarah which was gracious but maybe a future coupon or something to enable me to trust your service department with my truck again would be more effective to maintain my business. I am concerned about the performance of work performed and if I can notice something in the parking lot it should have been caught when they parked my truck. Thank you Chris F

Sarah Richardson organized and facilitated the work that was done on my Ford F350 long bed truck. It was an involved process requiring much planning and intricately precise work done by the knowledgeable mechanics to insure the magnitude and quality parts and repair used to restore my truck to its optimal running condition. I am pleased with the completed result of and reparation on my Ford 350 Long Bed Platinum truck. Kudos to the talented mechanics professional job done and Sarah Richardson making sure the quality work was evident from start to completion of the challenging and costly price on the work done...

Kelsi was very good to work with. She was careful and customer-oriented. I love how West Hills stuck with the estimate and allowed me to work with Kelsi to save on cost. I have a 1999 Expedition with relatively low miles and I am trying to keep it for the long term because I love driving it. My vehicle may not be worth a lot of money, but I was respected and treated well even so. Thank you for running a high-quality dealership and service center!

When someone from west hills called to confirm my appointment they said the 60,000 mile package was quoted at $64.95. When I got to my appointment he said an oil change alone is $100 without tire rotation and the 60,000 mile package is a lot higher. I said if I had known an oil change would cost me $100 here I wouldn’t bring it. It ended up only being $55 but I didn’t get anything else done for my car. This is the second bad experience I’ve had at this place and I will not be returning.
