No worries in the least. Getting a fob programmed ended up being well $200.00 more than I was quoted, but that was due to a research/communication problem when the appointment was made over the phone several weeks prior to the appointment.

I was 99% satisfied! You guys are amazing! I’m just confused as to why my passenger side had its floor vacuumed but the rest of the car wasn’t. I don’t ever expect a good vacuum service as part of the maintenance but it was funny to me that just that section of my car was cleaner than the rest. Maybe one of your guys caught someone vacuuming the carpet and said “Oh no we don’t do that for them” HAHAH and then he/she stopped. It’s not a big deal! I’ll definitely always come back for my services with you all :)

Wait time for an oil change was 1:45 minutes. I had to ask about the status of the service to get the vehicle and checked out just prior to 3 hours.

Did not fill my windshield whipper fluid when light was on. Checked that he did it and was satisfactory on the check list given. But worst of all forgot to put my oil cap back on was found in on my fuse box. Have called and made a complaint personally.
